TERMS OF USE
Usage guidelines and binding protocols for the 0xJerry's Lab neural network. Access implies acceptance of all parameters defined below.
1. PROTOCOL ACCEPTANCE
By accessing 0xJerry's Lab ("The System"), you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these protocols, terminate your connection immediately or your access will be revoked.
MEMBERSHIP & ACCESS
- Premium neural pathways require active subscription via Ko-fi, Buy Me a Coffee, Razorpay, PayPal, or Cryptomus.
- Credentials are non-transferable. Identity spoofing is prohibited.
- Users must be 18+ or have guardian authorization.
MEMBERSHIP SCOPE
- Membership provides access to published content, including write-ups and research material available on the platform at the time of access.
Membership does NOT include:
- •On-demand support
- •Personalized assistance
- •Guaranteed hints for specific challenges
- •Direct guidance for active third-party labs
Content availability may change over time and access does not imply entitlement to any specific write-up, machine, or challenge.
ACCOUNT SHARING
- Sharing login sessions results in automated ban.
- Concurrent session monitoring is active.
- No reinstatements for security violations.
VPN & PROXY WARNING
- VPN/Proxy usage during login may trigger security detection systems.
- Members: VPN login may result in membership suspension or revocation.
- Hunters: VPN login may result in hunter account ban and bounty forfeiture.
- Our system monitors IP patterns to detect account sharing - VPNs may trigger false positives.
- If you must use VPN, contact support before logging in to avoid restrictions.
FORM ABUSE POLICY
- Abusing, spamming, or misusing public forms (contact, bounty applications, newsletter subscriptions, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
- Submitting false, malicious, or spam content through any public form will result in IMMEDIATE PERMANENT BAN.
- This policy applies to ALL users, INCLUDING paid members with active subscriptions.
- Membership fees are NON-REFUNDABLE if banned for form abuse.
- We reserve the right to block IPs and report abusers to relevant authorities.
CONTENT PROTECTION
- All writeups and exploits are proprietary data.
- Personal educational use only granted.
- Reproduction or redistribution is a violation of copyright protocols.
CONTENT ACCURACY
- All content is provided 'AS IS' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- Writeups, guides, and research materials may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information.
- We are NOT responsible for any consequences arising from errors or outdated content.
- Third-party platforms (HTB, THM, CTF sites) may change challenges, retire machines, or update solutions at any time.
- Content may become obsolete without notice - we have NO obligation to update or maintain accuracy.
- Users are responsible for verifying information independently before relying on it.
- We disclaim all liability for damages resulting from use or inability to use our content.
TERMINATION PROTOCOLS
- Voluntary termination possible via payment provider settings (Ko-fi, Buy Me a Coffee, Razorpay, PayPal, Cryptomus).
- When membership is cancelled through ANY payment provider, access is IMMEDIATELY REVOKED.
- No grace period or continued access after cancellation - termination is instantaneous.
- PayPal subscriptions: Cancel via PayPal.com → Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments, OR contact us at admin@jerome.co.in.
- Razorpay subscriptions: contact support for manual termination if needed.
- Access also revoked immediately upon policy violation.

Refund Policy
All transactions are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.
No refunds for:
- Policy violations
- Alias email usage
- Crypto errors
⚠️ Indian users transacting via Razorpay agree to RBI compliance guidelines.
⚠️ INTERNATIONAL USERS: Razorpay is designed for Indian users only. If you are an international user and choose to use Razorpay gateway, we will NOT provide any support, refunds, or assistance for any issues, errors, or payment failures you may encounter. Use alternative payment methods (Ko-fi, Buy Me a Coffee, PayPal, Cryptomus) for international transactions.
07.BOUNTY PROTOCOL
Hunter Accounts
- • Hunter accounts are created EXCLUSIVELY upon acceptance of bounty applications.
- • Credentials are STRICTLY personal and NON-TRANSFERABLE under any circumstances.
- • Account sharing, selling, or any unauthorized access results in IMMEDIATE PERMANENT TERMINATION and FORFEITURE OF ALL EARNINGS.
- • We reserve the ABSOLUTE right to suspend, terminate, or ban accounts for ANY policy violation WITHOUT prior notice.
- • Banned users are prohibited from creating new accounts. Circumvention will result in legal action.
- • All account activity is logged and monitored. Suspicious activity will trigger immediate investigation.
Writeup Submissions
- • All submitted writeups become EXCLUSIVE PROPERTY of 0xJerry's Lab upon submission, regardless of approval status.
- • Submissions MUST be 100% original work. PLAGIARISM = PERMANENT BAN + NO PAYMENT.
- • Using AI-generated content without substantial original contribution is considered plagiarism.
- • We have SOLE discretion to accept, reject, or request revisions. Decisions are FINAL and NON-NEGOTIABLE.
- • Approved writeups may be edited, modified, or removed at our sole discretion without notice.
- • Hunters may NOT republish, redistribute, or use submitted content elsewhere without permission.
- • Submitting content that violates third-party rights results in immediate termination and potential legal liability.
Payments & Withdrawals
- • Reward amounts are FIXED per bounty and ABSOLUTELY NON-NEGOTIABLE.
- • Earnings are credited ONLY upon final approval. Pending or rejected submissions receive $0.
- • MINIMUM WITHDRAWAL: $5 USD. No exceptions.
- • Withdrawal methods: UPI, PayPal, Cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20/ERC20, BTC, SOL).
- • Crypto network fees are deducted at time of transfer. Fee amounts vary by network.
- • Processing time: 1-7 business days. We are NOT liable for processing delays.
- • Incorrect payment details provided by hunter = LOST FUNDS. We are NOT responsible for user errors.
- • We reserve the ABSOLUTE right to DECLINE, HOLD, OR FREEZE any withdrawal for fraud investigation.
- • Fraudulent withdrawal attempts = PERMANENT BAN + FORFEITURE + LEGAL ACTION.
- • All payments are FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR CHARGEBACKS under any circumstances.
⚠️ BINDING AGREEMENT: By participating in the Bounty Protocol, you IRREVOCABLY agree to ALL terms above. Violation of ANY term grants us the right to terminate your account, forfeit all earnings, and pursue legal remedies. This agreement is legally binding and enforceable.
8. Third-Party Services
We connect to external nodes (HTB, THM). We are not responsible for off-grid content.
9. Force Majeure
System not liable for outages caused by acts of God, cyber-warfare, or infrastructure collapse.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
